Job Description

Your role will involve assessing patient conditions, administering medications, coordinating treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and positive outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assess and monitor the condition of patients in the Medical Surgical Unit.- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accurate dosage and patient safety.- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, lab results, and other diagnostic information.- Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care as required.- Provide patient and family education on medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.- Maintain accurate and updated patient records, documenting nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe patient environment.- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless continuity of care during shift changes.- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance nursing skillsand knowledge. QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Post basic degree in nursing from an accredited institution.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical / Surgical Nurse in a hospital setting.- Preference for candidates with valid nursing license and registration in Saudi Arabia (or eligiblefor Saudi Commission for Health Specialties license).- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)certification is a plus.- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Salary: 

The highest salary for a Registered Nurse, BSN in Saudi Arabia is SAR 5,000 per month. The lowest salary for a Registered Nurse, BSN in Saudi Arabia is SAR 4,200 per month.
