• Technical Support and Client Relations:
Smooth STS Procedure: Ensure the smooth flow of the STS (Sales Technical Support) procedures.
o Process and monitor the installation process to achieve high-quality of tile installation
o Following any instructions from direct manager related to the work achievement as required.
o Demonstrate to the applicator the proper installation method of EXA tiles.
o Do any measurements that are requested by direct manager precisely.
o Applicator training related to the upcoming systems such as the ventilated façade system, EXA Fix, EXA hooks and provides training related to housing unit machines.
o Finalize snag list related to the Giga Project that Exa Tiles are supplied.
o Continuously follow up all team and all their needs as well as everything related to store (Materials, tools, machines).in addition to that taking proper actions in coordination with engineer or manager.
Client Relations: Develop good relations with clients.
Issue Resolution: Follow up with clients until their technical issues are addressed.
Collaboration: Correspond with other technical support team members in parallel.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
Study Report Preparation: Analyze data, prepare results for study and write reports under the supervision of the STS Supervisor.
Technical Problem Solving: Provide technical support to solve technical issues/problems.
Mockup Approvals: Facilitate and take necessary actions and all needful to ensure successful mockup approvals.
