Assure accuracy of approval requests by checking medical data for appropriateness of information.
Interact with multidisciplinary teams in the identification of related services and procedures for approval process.
Use the medical background to review & liaise with doctors and nursing staff for medical reports and data information to assure that approvals are granted.
Liaise with insurance companies to fasten approval process and assure service approvals.
Sending & follow of the rejected medical approval concerning the companies for all inpatient & outpatient.
Performs other tasks and duties within the scope of the knowledge skills and experience required for the job; as assigned by the immediate manager or department head.
Maintaining and monitoring rejection data.
Answering the inquiries concerning the patients.
