About the Role:

To support the Divisional Training Department to ensure achievement of regional learning goals by constantly equipping the employees with the skills, knowledge,

and right attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams.

 

Requirement:

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

 Essential Qualifications:

  • L&D Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • Content Development: Proficient in creating and developing training content.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Experience conducting both classroom and virtual workshops.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Data Management: Ability to record, maintain, and report data effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication abilities.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Learning Technology: Familiarity with learning systems and applications.
  • Evaluation Methods: Knowledge of learning evaluation models.
  • Trainer Certification: Possession of a relevant trainer certification.
