The Associate Product Manager, Blood Gas for Radiometer is responsible for developing product segment, tools, and tactics to drive growth, profitability, predictability for Blood Gas Point of Care Testing (POCT) market segments and/or products.


This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will be working in hybrid work set-up. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Work in close collaboration with Sales, Service & Marketing to execute strategic and tactical programs for increasing brand awareness and market penetration and achieve revenue targets with market intelligence, market research.
  • Analyze key metrics that define success such as forecasting sales, conducting market surveys, evaluating market trends, measuring customer critical success factors through interaction with customers.
  • Implementation of integrated strategies encompassing advertising, promotions, and work in conjunction with Global Marketing Team for designing artwork & collaterals.
  • Provide sales team with necessary tools and training to successfully represent Radiometer.
  • Achieve blood gas installation base & consumables revenue growth targets by developing new sales initiatives.
  • Complete product management and digital marketing initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include:


  • University graduate in Medicine, Respiratory Therapy, health science or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in POC, IVD products, preferable Blood Gas or Respiratory.
  • Knowledge and understanding of laboratory & POC practices.
  • Good communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in product launching and product life-cycle management.
