This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between European marketing strategies and their effective localization and execution in the Middle East market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the life sciences market dynamics, customer segments, and buying processes in the region. This individual will work closely with sales, channel partners, and field teams to align and execute impactful marketing initiatives.

Description
Adapt and implement European marketing strategies to the Middle East market.
Conduct market assessments, mapping, and segmentation to understand the region's unique needs.
Align localized strategies with the market's customer needs, product lifecycle, and operational dynamics.
Collaborate with the global team to localize and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Develop targeted campaigns to generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and support the sales pipeline.
Engage with key stakeholders and end-users across university, research, and clinical segments.Stay updated on market trends, emerging segments (e.g., cell and gene therapy, oncology, genomics), and customer needs.
Partner with the sales team to generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and facilitate pipeline creation across countries in the region.
Deliver workshops, market mapping, and other initiatives to support sales efforts.
Work closely with channel partners to enhance customer connections and improve market penetration.
Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and foster collaborations to strengthen market presence.
Actively participate in field activities alongside sales and channel teams to gain direct market insights.
Drive localized digital marketing efforts in alignment with global campaigns.
Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and lead conversion rates.
Profile
Experience with working and living in Saudi Arabia is a must.At least 5 years of proven experience leading commercial roles (sales/marketing) within Life Sciences, Genomics and Gene Therapy is a must. Experience of working with channel partners is preferable.Entrepreneurial skills- self-driven and motivated with a strong ability to engage and influence others and proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all key stakeholders.High level of comfort interpreting and communicating complex technical information, including clinical concepts, statistics and outcomes.Track record of growth and delivering results with the ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute projects while having a positive mindset and collaborative attitude.
