Job Description

The Recruitment Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the recruitment process within the industrial manufacturing sector. This position is essential for ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the manufacturing industry, and will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters to meet the hiring needs of the organization. The Recruitment Supervisor will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
  2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  4. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  8. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  9. Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  10. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.
