We are seeking a talented and dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates for various positions within our organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and generate reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and recruitment agencies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company's employer brand
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR software
- Demonstrated ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close candidates
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and innovative sourcing techniques
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
