Role Purpose
The Recruitment Specialist manages the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to facilitating interviews and transferring to the onboarding team. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of recruitment practices. The Recruitment Specialist collaborates closely with the Recruitment Lead and team to ensure that StaffCo’s clients receive high-quality candidates aligned with their staffing needs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Candidate Sourcing & Attraction:
- Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job fairs, social media, networking events, and agency partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Screening & Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Client Interaction:
- Work closely with StaffCo. clients to understand their staffing requirements and preferences.
- Provide regular updates to StaffCo. clients on the status of recruitment efforts and candidate progress.
- Serve as a point of contact for StaffCo. clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all steps.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and placements in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in negotiating offers and finalizing the hiring process in collaboration with the Recruitment Lead.
Continuous Improvement:
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote StaffCo and attract top talent.
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
