Job Description

The Recruitment Officer plays a crucial role in the hiring process. This position involves identifying, attracting, and selecting the best talent to meet the organization's needs. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing the recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring that the company attracts a diverse pool of candidates while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  6. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
  7. Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
  8. Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
  9. Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
