We are looking for a strategic and results-driven individual to take on the role of Recruitment Manager (MAS114). This position is essential to effectively attract and hire exceptional talent that will play a key role in bringing our ambitious projects to life.
As the Recruitment Manager, you will lead the talent acquisition strategy across various departments, ensuring we meet the demands of our fast-growing organization. You will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee recruitment strategies to efficiently fill positions within the organization.
- Partner with senior management to understand organizational needs and provide recruitment insights and recommendations.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and industry networking.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to senior management on talent acquisition trends and progress.
- Maintain and refine the applicant tracking system to ensure effective tracking of candidates.
- Collaborate with HR to develop onboarding programs to facilitate candidate integration into the company.
- Stay informed about market trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
