The opportunity:


Works as part of talent acquisition function collaborating across the business, partners with hiring managers, developing key working relationships and key insights into hiring requirements to enable achievement of KPIs and objectives to meet hiring needs.


Responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle, identifying, interviewing and selecting the most appropriate candidates, both internally and externally.


Role partners with internal applicants, recruiters and hiring managers building relationships across Mace. Assists in hiring and career signposting, managing expectations and ensuring the best employee experience. Role covers full recruiting lifecycle, identifying, interviewing and selecting the most appropriate internal candidates. Supports the operating model and continuous improvement of the TA internal opportunities service (internal recruitment portfolio).

You’ll be responsible for:


  • Guides the sourcing of talent to meet the needs of the business and support a high performing culture.


  • Supports in the identification of candidates and talent to meet the business needs and drive high performance.


  • Contributes to the identification of internal talent and promotes internal career mobility.


  • Reviews and utilises a range of sourcing methods, using variety of channels to fulfil and meet talent requirements.


  • Promotes and develops the use of internal referrals from existing employees.


  • Delivers and supports the provision of constructive feedback to candidates.


  • Guides the supporting of prospects and bidding activity with pipelining of unsecured roles.


  • Collaborates with Hiring Managers, guiding and providing support through the recruitment process.


  • Carries out detailed proficiency and behavioural based interviews.


  • Monitors the maintenance of database of candidates’ records, ensuring the maximising and usage of the applicant tracking system.


  • Guides the achievement and adherence of compliance in accordance with employment regulations.


  • Works with team to create adverts in preparation for hiring and external promotion.


    Interprets and reviews Power BI data and dashboards, to support the achievement of targets.


  • Builds key working relationship with third party partners to assist with bespoke hiring demands.


  • Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.


You’ll need to have:


  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.


  • A relevant degree qualification.


  • Excellent communication skills.


You’ll also have:


  • Professional membership or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.


  • Excellent IT skills.


  • Strong senior recruitment and selection experience. Screening, interviewing and offer experience across senior level roles.


  • Proven knowledge of using applicant tracking system.


  • Strong stakeholder management skills at senior manager level.


  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.


  • You must care and want to make a difference, be passionate about finding the best talent, with the brightest future at Mace, have a finely tuned recruitment instinct and the tenacity to get the job done.


  • Ability to build recruitment strategies that leverage the employment brand and are able to demonstrate working in fast and complex environments, ideally spanning the Middle East or overseas markets.


  • Proven significant end to end recruitment experience within construction, real estate, property, infrastructure or engineering is essential as will be your experience assessing a candidates behavioural and cultural fit to ensure we are attracting the best people into the business.
