Job Description

The Recruitment Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of a real estate company in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This position is designed for an experienced professional who is adept at identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent in the competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent management, ensuring that the company has the right people in place to achieve its business objectives.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that align with company goals.Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a strong talent pipeline.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices.Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.Enhance the employer brand through targeted marketing and outreach initiatives.Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.Foster a positive candidate experience to promote the company as an employer of choice.Preferred Candidate:Proven experience in recruitment within the real estate sector.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics.Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Creative problem-solving skills to address hiring challenges.Commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
