Demonstrated ability to brainstorm ideas with the in-house team through fluent meetings and discussions.
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
Ability to conduct a swift interview and selection process to hire suitable candidates within the prescribed time limit.
Established track record of sourcing suitable talent for companies and organizations.
In-depth knowledge of telephonic, lunch, puzzle, video, and group interviews.
Professional education in Human Resource Management or subsequent domain. (Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred)
