Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs and goals

Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for the organization

Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation

Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through pro-active recruiting techniques

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desired Experience:

  • 3-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a multinational company
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different functions and levels
