Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Develop job postings and collaborate with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs.
- Conduct screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate the scheduling and conducting of interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate employment offers with candidates, taking into account client hiring budgets.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the recruitment database.
- Provide regular updates to clients and management on recruitment progress.
