We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to help build and shape our team in Saudi Arabia. As we expand our presence in the market, this role will be pivotal in identifying and attracting top talent to support our growth. You will play a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and building out key positions across the organization. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR partners, you will help identify the best candidates to drive our success in KSA. This position offers a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on our team's development and to contribute significantly to the establishment of a strong, diverse workforce in the region.


The ideal candidate will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the ability to work out of our office 4 days a week. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process for open positions, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Ensure all aspects of the recruitment process are executed efficiently and with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Develop strong, ongoing relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to gain a deep understanding of the team's hiring needs, objectives, and organizational culture. Provide guidance and strategic input into the hiring process.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), employee referrals, and other creative channels. Focus on attracting diverse, passive candidates, and build strong talent pipelines for critical roles, especially those that are hard to fill.
  • Screening & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and assessing applicants' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Offer Process & Negotiation: Lead the offer stage, ensuring a smooth process from salary recommendations and negotiations to the final offer. Provide insights and support to candidates throughout the process, maintaining a high level of engagement and professionalism.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Regularly evaluate and optimize the recruitment process, utilizing feedback, data, and industry best practices to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Applicant Tracking & Reporting: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data, ensure proper documentation, and track the status of each candidate throughout the process. Maintain accurate records, including data entry, candidate feedback, and dispositioning.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Support the organization's diversity initiatives by actively engaging in recruitment efforts to attract a diverse range of candidates, ensuring our recruitment practices are inclusive and equitable.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear and professional communication with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders at all stages of the hiring process. Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and collaborate effectively with HR and hiring teams.
