SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


As a Receptionist, you will be responsible to support all the departments and functions of the company as first point of contact for visitors, office customers and incoming inquiries to the KAFD – King Abdullah Financial District office, Riyadh.
This position is based at Riyadh and will report to the Administrative Manager.

Responsibilities:


  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email, and routing calls to the appropriate employee.


  • Handle inbound, outbound Couriers and messages. Timely deliver the same to respective employee. 


  • Visitors Management with locating and contacting employees if needed and as a key point of entry to the organization and courtesy at all the times.


  • Receives, welcomes, books, and refers visitors to the relevant individual or department.


  • Takes and passes on messages. Determines when an issue is urgent and expedites a response, Also to coordinate and arrange the business events & trainings.

We are looking for:


Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree.


  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in reception handling and office administration.


  • Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written


Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
