Job Description

The Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, personable, and have a keen attention to detail. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist will represent the company with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires a blend of administrative skills and interpersonal abilities to manage various tasks while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  3. Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff.
  4. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  6. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  7. Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
  8. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  9. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  10. Support the HR department with onboarding new employees as needed.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Positive attitude and a professional appearance.
  6. Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
  7. Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
