Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations with prospective tenants for new leases, renewals, and expansions.
- Implement strategic leasing initiatives to optimize rental income across various property types.
- Conduct property tours and presentations for potential tenants, highlighting key features.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns.

- Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of lease contracts.

- Work with internal teams (legal, finance, property management) to ensure smooth leasing operations.
