Our latest venture is set to revolutionize the real estate industry with an innovative platform that matches buyers with fitting properties, revolutionizing and fully digitizing the home-buying journey. Our mission is to empower buyers with transparent, personalized property search experiences and end-to-end buying while streamlining the process for agents and sellers.


We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker, offering a unique opportunity to join the startup in its early stages and shape its vision and strategy from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Interaction Management: Handle all communications with home buyers through WhatsApp, phone and our platform to ensure a smooth and responsive experience. Support home buyers along the full home buying process.
  • Initial Screening: Validate potential home buyers by conducting first screening meetings and interviews to assess fit and readiness for onboarding.
  • Property Search: Actively leverage your network, social media groups, platforms and other channels to identify fitting properties for verified buyers.
  • On-site Support: Conduct viewings of properties with our buyers and support deal closings.
  • Operational Efficiency: Advise on how to streamline the property buying and selling processes, with a focus on improving customer experience and trust in digital property platforms.

 


Key Requirements:


  • Several years of experience in Saudi Real Estate Marketing: Former or current experience in a real estate brokerage or in marketing properties to buyers and renters.
  • Expertise in specific Areas of Riyadh: Extensive knowledge and network to property owners and brokers in specific areas of Riyadh
  • Expertise in Saudi Real Estate: Comprehensive knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and the operational landscape.
  • Self-Starter: Able to work independently as a single contributor, proactively offering solutions and guidance without needing continuous direction.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of local property buyer and seller behavior as well as real estate trends in KSA and the ability to position Dary ahead of competitors.
  • Strong Network: Established connections in the Saudi real estate sector, with the ability to engage stakeholders and partners effectively, especially in the broker, owner and developer community.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in Saudi Arabic to facilitate effective communication with local clients and agents.
  • Nationality: Must be a Saudi National.
  • Location: Currently residing in Riyadh.
