Description



Job Purpose:



The Junior Real Estate Specialist prepares and provides pertinent information to support management in making informed decisions regarding current and potential real estate projects.

Responsibilities:



Provides timely and accurate information to country management, brand management, and project management departments to support the successful delivery of projects within set deadlines. Coordinates between the real estate manager, brand managers, project managers, and country managers for brand expansion. Provides them with plans, layouts, relevant presentations, and contracts as needed. Prepares weekly updates for country management and brand management on the country's real estate expansion plan. Maintains and updates records of malls' maps, marketing materials, competitors' expansion, and locations. Prepares presentations outlining expansion plans, terms, and conditions, including financial figures, to present to the advisory boards for approval. Conducts comparative research on current locations and malls, and reports the findings to the relevant hierarchy. Delivers support services in landscape assessment to identify, research, and scout options for strategic partnerships, acquisitions, alliances, collaborations, in- and out-licensing, and other activities. Identifies malls and locations for prospective openings in existing and future countries through ongoing daily research. Explores and develops a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues.

Qualifications



Language Proficiency
Fluency in English.

Technical Skills



Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D Max.

Education



Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or relevant field.

Experience



Zero to two years of experience in administration, real estate, or a similar role.
