Role Purpose:

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis. Conduct feasibility study.


Key Activities:

  • Conduct feasibility studies for potential real estate projects.
  • Prepare detailed market research reports.
  • Analyze market trends and data to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide research-based advisory services.
  • Present feasibility and financial model  in effective presentations to senior management.
  • Conducting feasibilities studies, financial modelling and projection.
  • Making presentations that summarize the market research and analysis.
