The Main Event: What You’ll DoWe’re launching the Huspy Academy and looking for a Real Estate Academy Lead to design, develop, and roll out an industry-leading training program for real estate professionals in Saudi Arabia.

- Curriculum Development – Adapt and localize Huspy’s real estate training curriculum to align with the Saudi market, ensuring relevance and impact
- Training Program Execution – Oversee the implementation of comprehensive training programs for new agents
- Continuous Improvement – Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, refining materials to enhance learning outcomes
- Industry Alignment – Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Huspy Academy remains a leader in real estate education
The Perfect Match: What You Bring- Training Experience - Experience in training, preferably with a background in real estate brokerage, sales, business development or agent development
- Entrepreneurial Mindset - A self-starter who thrives in building and scaling educational programs from the ground up
- Course/Curriculum Development and Execution Experience – Proven expertise in course development, facilitation, or coaching
- Fluency in Arabic & Proficient in English – Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate and deliver training
- Strong Understanding of Adult Learning Principles – Expertise in curriculum design and instructional strategies tailored to professional learners.
