Job Description

The Quick Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in the automotive repair and support services industry, particularly in overseeing daily operations within a fast-paced environment. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all service operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the quick service department to ensure efficiency and quality of service.

  4. Ensure that all customer inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly and effectively.
  5. Maintain inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, coordinating with suppliers as necessary.
  6. Conduct regular inspections of service work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  7. Prepare and present regular reports on service performance to upper management.
  8. Implement training programs to enhance the skills of the service team.
  9. Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote quick service offerings.
  10. Ensure a clean and organized work environment that meets industry standards.
