Quantity Surveyor (FF&E)

JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor specializing in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) to join our team. • Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets specific to FF&E components.
• Analyze and evaluate proposals for FF&E supplies and services.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure FF&E selections meet project specifications and budget constraints.
• Monitor FF&E procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Track project costs related to FF&E and provide regular financial reports to project managers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in FF&E project execution.
• Conduct site visits to oversee FF&E installations and address any cost-related issues.
