Job Description

Manage the project’s commercial matters related to construction activities and contractual responsibilities.
Ensure the project’s forecasted profit is achieved.
Prepare monthly valuations of main works in line with site progress.
Review and record all variations and verbal instructions.
Review and manage the Bill of Quantities.
Meet with suppliers and conduct negotiations for materials as needed.
Address all contractual correspondence.
Prepare interim valuations of subcontractor works and negotiate the final account.
Work independently to conduct take-offs for MEP works using the appropriate tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's or diploma degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant qualification.
5–10 years of related experience in commercial and mixed-use projects.
Previous MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) experience is essential.
Familiarity with FIDIC contracts to protect the company's interests.
Proficiency in conducting take-offs for MEP works using appropriate tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in fluent English. Arabic is a plus.
Transferable Iqama is a must.
Certification such as RICS or MRICS is an added advantage.
