تبحث شركة في جدة، المدينة الصناعية عن مهندس جودة و سلامة مؤهل ومصنف من مكتب العمل لأنه سيكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان سلامة الموظفين في مكان العمل. ويقومون بتطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات السلامة، وإجراء تقييمات المخاطر، وتوفير التدريب للموظفين على بروتوكولات السلامة. يقوم مسؤول السلامة أيضًا بالتحقيق في الحوادث، وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية لمنع وقوع حوادث مستقبلية. يتطلب هذا الدور اهتمامًا ممتازًا بالتفاصيل ومهارات اتصال قوية وفهمًا شاملاً للوائح السلامة وأفضل الممارسات.

المسؤوليات:

• تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات السلامة بما يتوافق مع اللوائح المحلية والمعايير الدولية.
• إجراء عمليات تفتيش وتدقيق منتظمة لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة وضمان الامتثال لبروتوكولات السلامة.
• توفير التدريب والتعليم للموظفين حول إجراءات وبروتوكولات السلامة.
• التحقيق في الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة لتحديد الأسباب الجذرية والتوصية بالتدابير الوقائية.
• تحديد وتقييم المخاطر في مكان العمل ووضع استراتيجيات للتخفيف منها.
• يقوم بمراجعة وتحديث وثائق السلامة بانتظام، بما في ذلك تقييمات المخاطر وخطط الاستجابة للطوارئ.
• التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى لضمان استيفاء جميع متطلبات السلامة والحفاظ عليها.
• يكون على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة والتطورات في أنظمة السلامة.
• تقديم الدعم والتوجيه للموظفين بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بالسلامة.
• إجراء تدريبات السلامة والمحاكاة لاختبار خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ.
• تطوير وتعديل طرق ومعدات وأدوات التخزين مع التخطيط السليم لموقع الآلات بما يتناسب مع بيئة العمل الصحية.

المرشح المفضل:

• الحد الأدنى 1 سنة من الخبرة في دور مماثل مسؤول السلامة.
• المعرفة بأنظمة السلامة المحلية وأفضل الممارسات الدولية.
• اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
• الاهتمام بالتفاصيل وقدرات قوية على حل المشكلات.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
• مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام.
• يفضل الحصول على شهادة في الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
• محترف في استخدام برامج وأدوات إدارة السلامة.
• القدرة على تقديم الدورات التدريبية والعروض التقديمية.
• مطلوب الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.

A company in Jeddah, Industrial City is looking for a Quality & Safety engineer as he will be responsible for ensuring the safety of employees in the workplace. They develop and implement safety policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to employees on safety protocols. The Safety Officer also investigates accidents and incidents, identifies potential hazards, and recommends corrective actions to prevent future incidents. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
3. Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
4. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
5. Identify and assess risks in the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate them.
6. Regularly review and update safety documentation, including risk assessments and emergency response plans.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure all safety requirements are met and maintained.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in safety regulations.
9. Provide support and guidance to employees on safety-related matters.
10. Conduct safety drills and simulations to test emergency response plans.
11. Developing and modifying storage methods, equipments and tools with proper planning of the machines location in a way that suits a healthy work environment.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
2. Knowledge of local safety regulations and international best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
7. Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is preferred.
8. Proficient in using safety management software and tools.
9. Ability to deliver training sessions and presentations.
10. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
