Job Description
Quality Manager - Riyadh Others Role Objective:
Primary responsibility is to coordinate with the Accreditation Bodies – Saudi Accreditation Center (SAAC) and GCC Accreditation Center (GAC) for the ISO/IEC 17065 and ISO/IEC 17020 accreditations of GTS.
Deputizes and performs the duties and responsibilities of the Global Quality System and Accreditation Manager in case of absence.
Key Accountabilities:
Deputy to the Global Quality System and Accreditation Manager in case of absence.
Implementation and Maintenance of an Integrated Quality System in GTS.
Maintenance of Global ISO 9001 Certification of GTS.
Maintenance of ISO/IEC 17065 and ISO/IEC 17020 Accreditations of GTS Offices.
Takes the lead in the preparations and coordination for the Dubai Head Office – Impartiality Committee Meeting.
Takes the lead in the preparations and coordination for the Head Office – Management Review Meeting.
Performs Internal Audit in GTS Offices.
Competencies:
Very good communication skills in both written and oral English and Arabic Language. Very good knowledge of different MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat and other useful documentation related computer applications. Very good analytical and problem-solving skills. Very good auditing skills.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, Skills & Knowledge:
College/University Graduate or Post-Graduate preferably in the field of Engineering or Science Has at least 2 years experience in Quality System documentation Has at least 2 years experience in conducting internal audits Has as least 2 years experience in handling external audits Has good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001 standards* Experience in handling ISO accreditations is plus
