Location: Al-Madinah al-Munawwarah, KSA.Years of Experience: 5-12 years.Project Duration: 16 months.Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).Starting Date: as soon as possible.Industry Experience: Contracting, Construction or Hospitality. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Quality Manager to lead and implement quality management initiatives, including ISO 9001, across our projects and operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management systems, process optimization, and organizational training, with a focus on fostering excellence and continuous improvement. This role will provide direction for quality management, support project and BPM teams, and drive a culture of quality across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Quality Management Systems Implementation:Lead the implementation, certification, and maintenance of ISO 9001 quality management systems.Develop, document, and update quality management policies, procedures, and standards.Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry best practices.Strategic Leadership:Provide strategic direction for quality management initiatives to align with organizational objectives.Integrate systems thinking into quality management practices to identify interdependencies and drive holistic improvements.Training and Knowledge Sharing:Design and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and competency within the client organization.Act as a mentor to project and BPM teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Process Understanding and Optimization:Analyze and optimize processes to ensure alignment with quality management objectives.Collaborate with teams to map, document, and improve processes as part of the quality framework.Excellence and TQM Knowledge:Utilize knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) and excellence frameworks to drive organizational improvement.Promote best practices and innovation in achieving operational excellence.Collaboration and Support:Work closely with project teams and BPM teams to embed quality management principles into their operations.Provide guidance and support on quality-related issues and challenges.Quality Tools and Methods:Apply quality methods and tools (e.g., root cause analysis, Six Sigma) to resolve quality issues and improve outcomes.Advocate for and implement improvement methodologies such as Lean and Agile where applicable.Continuous Improvement:Champion initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement across all aspects of quality management.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality initiatives.Qualifications and Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is required.Additional certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies are a plus.Experience:5-12 years of experience in quality management within the contracting, construction, or hospitality sectors.Demonstrated experience in leading ISO 9001 implementation and certification projects.Extensive knowledge of process optimization and quality system development.
