Job Title: Quality InspectorsLocation: DammamExperience Required: 5+ YearsSalary: Based on experienceJob SummaryWe are seeking experienced Quality Inspectors to ensure compliance with quality standards in materials, welds, and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tank construction and a strong understanding of industry standards like API 650.Main ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections on materials, welds, and fabrication processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.Verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards, including API 650.Perform quality checks using advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, and magnetic particle testing.Maintain detailed inspection reports and records to ensure traceability and quality assurance.Identify and document defects or discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with the production team to implement quality improvement initiatives.Monitor and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols.Essential QualificationsMinimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is mandatory.Level 2 NDT Certification in ultrasonic, radiographic, and magnetic particle testing.A minimum of 5+ years of experience in quality inspection, with significant exposure to tank construction projects.Skills RequiredIn-depth knowledge of fabrication processes and quality control standards, particularly API 650.Proficiency in using NDT equipment and interpreting test results.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues.Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and thorough inspection reports.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance in fabrication and welding processes.
