Job Description
Duties:
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee quality audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Collaborate with production teams to continuously improve product quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of quality control experience in a bakery or food production environment.
- In-depth understanding of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and production best practices.
- Familiarity with ISO, GMP, and food industry standards.
