Create and implement comprehensive quality control plans for construction projects, aligning with project specifications and industry standards.
Perform regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and construction processes to verify compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
Monitor and enforce quality assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycle to prevent defects and ensure consistency.
Investigate and document quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and track resolution.
Evaluate and approve construction materials and equipment from suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain detailed quality control records, reports, and documentation.
Guide and mentor QC team members, providing technical expertise and support.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality-related matters.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of [6] years of experience in quality control within the construction industry.
