• Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of products and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare for audits, and maintain accurate QA/QC records and certifications.
• Lead and manage the QA/QC team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement, and ensure all team members are trained in QA/QC procedures and standards.
• Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, prepare and present reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in QA/QC processes, implement best practices and innovative solutions, and stay updated on quality assurance developments.
• Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job.
