Job Description: The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of advanced static equipment (pressure vessels and piping) consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals.Key Responsibilities:1.Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.2.Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.3.Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.4.Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.5.Train and develop QC staff to maintain high standards of quality.6.Maintain detailed records of quality control activities and results.7.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve quality and efficiency.8.Prepare and present quality reports to management.
