- Preparing and implementing quality control plans: Developing detailed plans for inspections and determining the standards and indicators that will be measured.
- Conducting periodic inspections: Visiting branches regularly to ensure compliance with quality standards and evaluating employee performance.
- Evaluating the quality of products and services: quality of coffee, other beverages, snacks, and customers services.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards: the cleanliness of the place, equipment, and food safety standards.
- Employees training: Providing the necessary training to employees for quality, service standards, and improving their skills.
- Identifying weaknesses and proposing solutions: Analyzing the results of inspections and performance.
- Following up on the implementation of improvement plans: Ensuring that the desired results are achieved.
- Regular reporting to Line Managers and/or Director on work status
- Solve and follow up complaints.
- Conducting customer surveys and the quality rate of service that is provided to them.
- Training new employees
- Conducting visits to warehouses and preparing reports on improving warehouses.
- Monitoring branches cameras and detecting non-conformities.
- Preparing weekly reports on the status of equipment and branch machines.
- Preparing monthly reports on the evaluation of branches and branch supervisors.
- Inspecting food products in branches and expiration dates to ensure food are safety.
