Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems and processes in manufacturing.
Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards.
Identify and resolve quality issues by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and reduce defects.
Maintain and update documentation related to quality assurance, including inspection reports and compliance records.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Train employees on quality control procedures and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically in Quality Management.
Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (mandatory).
Certification in API Q1 is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good command of English (verbal and written).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
