As part of the KSA Operations teams you will support and motivate them to deliver a consistently safe, reliable, and elevated guest experience. You will be a key pillar of Blacklane’s training and quality standards. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality standards of our chauffeur services in KSA. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will lead the development and implementation of training programs, ensure adherence to quality standards, and foster a culture of excellence within our partner network. YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Develop and lead Blacklane’s chauffeur training academy and programs in KSA
- Design & grow the theoretical and practical courses in all segments of chauffeur-training and manage our Learning Management Systems in English as well as Arabic
- Use data to help identify areas of improvement in chauffeur performance and quality and provide insights for new training materials.
- Manage our auditing process, quality assurance frameworks and conduct spot checks.
- Manage the quality of our partners by analyzing data, setting clear expectations and providing frameworks for other operations teams.
- Carry out theoretical and practical sessions covering the key competency areas identified in the core chauffeur training modules.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, sustainability, stability, respect and tolerance
- Provide feedback and continuously develop the effectiveness of the course material to the Head of Operations and Global Quality Team.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 6+ years relevant work experience in a business environment.
- You have a strong passion for quality, professionalism and delivering high-quality services.
- You have an in-depth understanding of luxury service elements and the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
- You’re passionate about electric vehicles, sustainability, and the future of mobility.
- You have experience in setting up and implementing quality and training programs within luxury industries, with a track record of improved performance.
- You’re strong at data analysis, including gathering, analyzing, and drawing meaningful conclusions to drive insights and iterate on existing approaches.
- You are a team player, with the ability to motivate the team to improve each day and develop a sense of pride associated with chauffeuring.
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, coupled with effective communication and presentation abilities to diverse groups.
- You exhibit leadership qualities and the ability to lead and inspire teams.
