Qiyas Consultant

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of experience: 7+ years.
Project duration: 7 months, subject to extension.
Language Requirements: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Starting date: as soon as possible. 
 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qiyas Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Digital Transformation Index as outlined by the Digital Government Authority (DGA) in Saudi Arabia. The Qiyas Consultant will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring alignment with the DGA standards and achieving optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting and Advisory:

  
  
  • Provide expert guidance on the Digital Transformation Index criteria and benchmarks as defined by the Digital Government Authority (DGA) in KSA.
  • Assess current digital maturity levels of clients and develop customized digital transformation strategies.
  • Advise on best practices and innovative solutions to enhance digital capabilities and services.

• Assessment and Evaluation:

  
  
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' digital transformation initiatives.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative methods to measure digital performance and compliance with DGA standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on assessment findings and recommended actions.

• Project Management:

  
  
  • Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary.

• Training and Development:

  
  
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance clients' understanding of the Digital Transformation Index and its implications.
  • Mentor and coach client teams on implementing digital transformation initiatives effectively.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  
  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, clients, and industry partners.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and workshops.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  
  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  
  
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation consulting or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with the Digital Transformation Index by the Digital Government Authority (DGA) in KSA.
  • Strong understanding of digital government frameworks, policies, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
