Job Description

Quality Control Management: Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the quality control team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of quality assurance processes for MEP installations.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all MEP work adheres to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards, conducting regular audits and assessments.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, MEP engineers, and contractors to integrate quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Inspections and Testing: Oversee site inspections, testing of MEP systems, and audits to verify compliance with quality standards, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.

Reporting: Prepare and present quality control reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics, compliance status, and areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the QC function, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Client Liaison: Interface with clients and regulatory bodies to address quality concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
