About the job QA/QC Manager

As the QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations and standards. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive QA/QC plan that covers all aspects of the project. Your main responsibilities will include:


- Developing and implementing a quality management system to ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with the project specifications and standards.


- Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify any potential quality issues and develop corrective actions to address them.


- Reviewing and approving all quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and other relevant documents.


- Managing the QA/QC team and providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are performing their duties effectively.


- Coordinating with the project team to develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with the project requirements.


- Conducting regular training sessions for project personnel and subcontractors to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.


- Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any quality-related issues and ensure that all project deliverables meet their expectations.


- Keeping up-to-date with industry standards and best practices to continuously improve the QA/QC processes and procedures.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.


- Minimum of 15 years of experience in QA/QC management in the construction industry, preferably in the Middle East.


- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and procedures.


- Experience in managing and leading a team.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


- Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.


- Willingness to relocate to Madinah, Saudi Arabia for the duration of the contract.
