QA/QC Engineer - Civil

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor the QA/QC plan for civil construction projects.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and evaluations to ensure project quality meets design and specification requirements.
• Oversee material testing and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues in collaboration with the project team.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for QA/QC activities, including reports, certifications, and inspection records.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on quality-related matters.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality standards and best practices.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Not below 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles in civil construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, codes, and regulations.
• Experience with construction materials testing and inspection processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools
• English speaking and writing (Arabic is an advantage)
