Job Description

  1. Coordinating QA, QMS & EMS activities.
  2. Preparation, Issuance of QMS & EMS Manuals and Document Control.
  3. Preparation of Quality / Environmental Reports, System Circulars & General Correspondence
  4. Coordinating activities of Internal Audits, External Audits & Training Programs
  5. Issuing Purchase Requisitions, Material Requisitions and Work Orders for QA Department.
  6. Arranging Calibration of Instruments with External Labs.
  7. Comply with QMS & EMS requirements

Skills

  1. Minimum of 5 Years working experience in Quality Assurance of a manufacturing company.
  2. Working experience in documentation of Quality Management System (ISO9001) & Environmental Management System ( ISO14001 )
  3. Conversant with QMS & EMS functions and documentation.
  4. Conversant with correspondence, communication & computer applications.
  5. Diploma Holder only not Bachelors Degree
  6. Graduate of Jubail Industrial College or Institute of Public Administration
