Job Description

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and quality of goods and services.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase order creation, order tracking, and delivery coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Resolve any issues related to supplier performance, delivery delays, or product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making and strategy development.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
