Job Description

  • Perform purchasing operations for materials and products according to the company's needs and specifications
  • Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain offers, prices, and specifications
  • Negotiate prices and terms to secure the best deals
  • Follow up on orders and purchases to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials and request appropriate quantities
  • Prepare purchasing reports and market analysis
  • Ensure suppliers comply with contracts and purchase agreements
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to meet their needs on time

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Strong negotiation skills and effective communication ability
  • Familiarity with purchasing management systems (such as ERP)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
