Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
  • Source materials, goods, products, and services and negotiate the most cost-effective contracts and deals in addition to financial facilities.
  • Check the available stock and reorder according to the new requirements.
  • Regular market research to keep up with business opportunities.
  • Optimize the cost of all imported materials and develop diverse and innovative solutions to save time and effort.
  • Update and maintain records of all new orders, payments, and received materials.
  • Establish professional relationships with the suppliers.
  • Ensure that all received materials are properly packed and delivered to the right location.
  • Collect all required data from warehouses to study the current situation and update the shipping plan with the suppliers.
  • Weekly report for the status of the materials flow.
