Amwaj Al Khair Group of Companies is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Purchase Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a vital role in managing purchasing activities, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining cost efficiency across all company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and negotiating contracts.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, goods, and services required for operations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet purchasing requirements and provide cost-effective solutions.
  • Track and report on purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply chain issues.
  • Continuously improve procurement processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
