Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Public & Government Relations Administrator to oversee key interactions with government entities, public stakeholders, and internal administrative functions. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of our studio, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and building strong relationships with external and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities
Government Relations:- Serve as the primary point of contact for all government-related tasks, including visa processing, work permits, residency renewals, and company registrations.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations by liaising with government departments and managing legal documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in government policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements that could impact the company’s operations.
Public Relations:- Represent Sanabil Venture Studio in meetings and communications with public officials and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant public sector entities to facilitate operational needs.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring a professional and positive public image in all dealings.
Administrative Support:- Oversee daily office functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Facilitate employee onboarding by coordinating visas, contracts, and other required documentation.
- Support team logistics, such as managing travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Maintain accurate records for company documentation, employee files, and operational data in a structured filing system.
General Operations:- Assist in resolving internal and external queries related to government and public relations matters.
- Provide timely updates to the management team on key milestones or challenges in government-related processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in administrative and government-related functions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, within Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws, government processes, and legal documentation.
- Familiarity with managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex regulatory environments.
- Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in managing sensitive information.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management tools.
