Job Description

  • Follow and carry out workflow program including all daily cleaning, washing, sanitizing and organizing of kitchen items, equipment, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, freezers  counters, shelves, windows, doors, floors and all maintenance duties for the Culinary Academy.
  • Observe & maintain general personnel and industrial safety practices within the Culinary Academy utilizing standard working signs (wet floor etc) and barriers as necessary.
  • Maintain proper usage of chemicals, disposable materials and cleaning equipment.
  • Carry out Work Order related task with effectiveness and in accordance with the quality standard.
  • Report to the Director any incident that has occurred or taking place in the assigned working area.
  • Refer or report to Director any additional task, other than the scope of the Cleaning Manual that may be required to be carried out during the normal working hours.
  • Organize and keep the kitchen trollies, bins and carts tidy at the end of duty for the next user.
  • Remove all garbage, recycling and waste materials ensuring receptacles are clean and ready to use.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director or designate.
  • Ensure proper utilization of housekeeping tools and equipment while working in the designated areas and other working areas.
  • Observe and maintain housekeeping standards in all areas and worksites by organizing tools and proper disposal of scrapped materials.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Director or designate.
  • Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law. Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.  
  • Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.  
  • Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.  
  • Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements. 
  • Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes. 
  • Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.  
  • Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.
