Job Description

Job Purpose:
To conduct sales activities within the assigned territory and sales channel as established by the PSSR Team Leader / PARTS BRANCH MANAGER to maximize order intake and meet or exceed the budgeted sales targets in all product areas, aiming to maximize market shares, gross margins and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
Travel within the region to maximize order intake and gather market and competitor information.


  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to maximize business opportunities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about company products and services.
  • Inspect machines, prepare repair quotations, and follow up on repairs.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and accompany them on facility tours.
  • Prepare quotations for parts and services with the team leader/manager.
  • Provide regular sales reports, order forecasts, and market information.
  • Keep abreast of customer requirements and communicate them to the team leader/manager.
  • Assist in developing annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Support company policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Deliver sales presentations and assist in closing deals.
  • Coordinate between sales and other departments.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and monitor competition

Qualifications:


  • Experience in Heavy Equipment.
  • Excellent negotiation and time management skills.
  • Customer support oriented.
  • Good communication/presentation skills.
